A designer will contact you within 24 hours to verify dimensions, logo, and craftsmanship, and send a 3D rendering for confirmation, ensuring the final product is accurate.
Is the file upload secure?
Secure! SSL encryption and local storage are used. Files are only used for the current order and are automatically deleted after completion. A confidentiality agreement can be signed to protect the design.
Can I customize without a design drawing?
Yes! Provide a text description or reference image, and we will provide a free initial design draft. Production will begin after your confirmation.
How long does it take to receive a quote after uploading?
Simple customization: feedback within 2 hour; complex designs: evaluation within 6-12 hours. Urgent orders can be marked “rushed” for priority processing.
