UV printing

Powder coating is attracted to a preheated glass bottle via electrostatic attraction, followed by high-temperature baking and curing. Used for coloring, not suitable for graphic printing.

Yes. Generally, a UV-blocking coating/light-shielding coating is sprayed onto the inside or outside of the bottle to protect the contents from photodegradation.

Yes. Common process: Base coat (UV protection / matte / gloss) → Topcoat / Color spraying → Pattern printing → Topcoat protection.

Mostly yes. For cans with large curvatures, pad printing, heat transfer printing, or UV digital printing are preferred.

Silk screen printing: Generally, a few hundred pieces are required.

UV color printing: Small quantities are possible, suitable for small-batch customization.

Of course, we also support logo printing on samples, before confirming formal cooperation with you.

Spray coating: Usually more cost-effective for orders of a thousand pieces or more.

Plastics (PET/PP/HDPE), glass, aluminum cans, tinplate, acrylic, etc., can all be printed on.

It won’t come off under normal use. For higher abrasion resistance, a topcoat/varnish protective layer can be added to improve scratch resistance and alcohol wipe resistance.

Yes, this can be achieved through spraying: Matte paint, Glossy paint, Frosted paint, Rubber-textured paint (textured finish)

AI/PDF/CDR vector files are recommended; high-resolution PNG/TIFF files are acceptable for color images.
